I have programs like Skype and MSN messenger that say i need permision to open them ca you help please. Bee

I cannot tell from your name (Bee) if you are a male or a ...........wait a minute, it does say female on your profile. That narrows it down a bit. I can see why you have a problem with this. It is easier for me, being male, I always have to ask my wife´s permission for everything.

Isn´t it an aggravating nuisance of vista to ask you if you really want to use a program?
That´s vista as we know it! There is only one thing you can do to stop "ALL" messages like that (not recommended) : click on start (bottom very left) in the blank field on the bottom key in UAC then in the following window slide the little knob in the up down ruler down, to turn UAC off and give it an OK. reboot and ALL the messages are gone! Don't forget, this is one of the reasons why vista never made it to the top used operating systems. Security ADIOS

Thank you Andreas but I'm on windows 7 and as you suggested i tryed to put my pass word in with admin and it wont let me. No problem i will bring my laptop in next week for you to see Adios Bee x
