I may decide to upgrade from XP to the new operating system Windows 7. As the costs are £149.99 or €199.99 and it would cost me about 199 pounds to get 199 euros with the current exchange rates in Spain I would prefer to pay in pounds sterling. This may not be a problem but - for instance - when I book on Eurotunnel the only way I can pay in pounds sterling is to claim I live in the UK. My question is could Microsoft tell if I'm trying to upgrade from Spain and charge accordingly? No Yes Don't know No idea what the question is Please tick one of the above. This is my first post so I'll see if there's any response. Thank you.

Barry, If you are using a UK credit card then I believe that you should be able to purchase this item in pounds sterling. Try Amazon.co.uk if you have any problem with Microsoft.
