Yesterday it only took me ages to download Office 2010. Fair enough, it looks good. But this morning I downloaded Ribbon Hero and I have been struggling with it for ages too. I can see it in my downloads file (twice in fact, each one 35,631 kbs) But when I open it, after a bit of movement, it asks me if I want to uninstall. There is no other option and I can´t get it to do anything. Help![glow=red,2,300][/glow] PS Just thought I would see what those buttons did.

I will load it again on my other machine and see if I can get the same problem.

Colin, I installed this again without any problem. I had to download and install Visual Studio Tools when prompted but this was a small download of 1.89mb and a simple install. Once Ribbon Hero was installed it appears on the Home Tab of Word 2010 at the right hand end.
I will show this on Saturday.

Well, what do you know. I uninstalled and reinstalled it three times and guess what? There it is. Not in 2010 but in 2007. So what is the problem and how do I get it into 2010? Can´t wait to find out on Saturday. By the way, I have looked on various forums but there is no mention of this.

There´s more. On the ribbon Hero page, there are some tutorial videos. These won´t play in Chrome, in fact the message come up, "Chrome has crashed". They do work OK in Firefox, though.
