In Outlook express, all you have to do is to open a new e-mail, click on the "to" button and up comes a new window with all your adresses. click on the first one you want to send your message to and click on "to" which is located farther down Then click on the next adress you want to use and click on "BCC"(Blind carbon copy) keep on doing the last step until you have all the recipients in the "BCC" field
click ok, put in your subject and message and click send.
By the way, this works for all mail clients, like outlook, thunderbird and so on. Have fun trying out Andreas

Hello Andreas,
Just a point to add to your comments which are exactly right of course.
My server (europa-network) limits the amount of copies that can be sent to 9 addressees, for example if I want to send an email to say 15 people then I have to send two emails consisting of nine and six.
Any emails sent with say 12 addresses for example will be returned naming the 12 person on the list as 'undeliverable' if I then delete that address and try sending again with eleven names the email comes back once more with the eleventh name as undeliverable and so on until I am down to nine names.
Hope this is not confusing and maybe there is no limit with some servers but it took me a while to figure it out.
Regards. Barry

HI ANDREAS COULD YOU TELL ME HOW I IMPORT MY CONTACTS FROM HOTMAIL TO OUTLOOK EXPRESS. Hi June! I just googled the subject and found the following: Import Contacts and Email Addresses from Hotmail into Outlook Express To import contacts and email addresses from Hotmail into your Outlook Express address book: •Set up access to your Hotmail account in Outlook Express. •If you already have contacts in your Outlook Express address book for the current identity and want to make sure you are only importing Hotmail contacts, create a new Outlook Express identity for the Hotmail account. •Select Tools | Address Book... from the menu in Outlook Express. •Choose Tools | Synchronize Now from the address book's menu. •If this choice is not available, make sure you do not share contacts between Outlook Express and Outlook. Close and restart Outlook Express if you have made any changes to the contact sharing settings. Hope that helped, else, just let me know on saturday, and bring your laptop if you have one. If not maybe i can show you on mine. Greets from Polop Andreas
